'Wrong Cycle Selected cannulation issue

Modified on Wed, 20 May at 2:37 PM

Wrong cycle selected is caused when the system recognizes water flow at the beginning of the cycle when it is not supposed too or when it expects flow. The typical cause of the issue is a broken connector on the instrument manifolds. You can test for a broken connector by opening valve V2 or V3 with the hood open. If there is a broken connector it will spray water, but the customer should be ready to press the E-stop to stop the water flow. If the system won't run either cycle, then I would ask them to check incoming GPM on the calibration screen for water flow through all of the Hot water valves. Valve V10 is the valve that is used for the cycle check.
