Preventive Maintenance Interval

Modified on Wed, 2 Jan, 2019 at 12:37 PM

Preventive Maintenance (PM) on Skytron Surgical Tables is to be performed bi-annual, (2 times per year).

As part of a preventive maintenance procedure the surgical table should be examined for an overall
condition assessment. An overall condition assessment should take into account the table's physical
condition which can include, but is not limited to: visible oil leaks, rust and scale formation, damaged
painted surfaces, damaged gaskets, dents, scratches and broken table tops. Timely identification of
such deficiencies during the life cycle of the table is essential to apply corrective measures that can avoid
untimely failures as a result of equipment breakdown and increased equipment repair costs all of which
are essential to extended product life cycle longevity.
